I was on a circuit I made when I finished it (1st place) and then Waluigi (who finished third place, keep in mind that this was about 30 secs after I finished) got a huge speed boost out of nowhere and cought up to me (it was a couple of finishing laps before he rubberbanded) so anyways, DO CPU's rubberband?

you have to go to forums and then go to international forum unless you can speak french but either ways just click one of the forums, scroll down and it should say new topic @kmoni
