Wave 6 (why is no one talking bout it)

So... wave 6 is finally here and no one seems to care. Is someone interested in it ?

Rome Avanti
DK Mountain
Daisy Circuit

Madrid Drive
Rosalina's Ice World
SNES Bowser Castle 3
Wii Rainbow Road

There was already a topic on Wave 6, that topic is just dead now lol.

Anyway, Wave 6 is great. Daisy Circuit was a meh pick, and Peachette was a horrible pick, but everything else is great, Daisy finally got her Mii Costume, Funky, Diddy and Pauline got in, Madrid is insane, BC3 is insane, Cove is insane, Rome is S Tier, DK Mountain is insane, Rosalina's Ice World is A Tier, and Wii Rainbow Road is the new best track in the entire game. The jukebox is absolutely amazing as well, only issue is not being able to play it with the console off. Bagging was nerfed, and streamers don't have to spend hours adding friends to play with viewers anymore. It seems Nintendo addressed (almost) every problem with the game. Wave 6 is for sure the best wave in the BCP.

Does anyone realize that One of the Roads in Rome Avanti that was Used in Rome Avanti 1 and 2 is Not Used in the BCP Version?

It's mainly that the hyped died down. It's just 8 tracks and some characters. The same way Smash character hype dies down past release? That's just how all small DLC works, unfortunately. Massive DLCs that are basically an entire game themselves(Future Redeemed) don't suffer the same way tho.

Imo BCP is an entire game itself

I dunno, it's just a bunch of tracks at the end of the day. The story isn't different, the gameplay isn't too different...that sort of thing. Again, just an opinion.

That's exactly my point. Big DLCs like Sunbreak(Monster Hunter Rise) have a lot of changes. And I do mean, A LOT.

Fun fact: Peachette is the only new wave 6 character that I fully played in grand prix mode, for Funky Kong, Diddy Kong and Pauline, I just went in vs mode and immediately quit the second the first track started

I tried Wave 6 myself and it was really great, I enjoyed all the tracks, I will agree with the people that said Peachette was a bad pick, Paratroopa would of been a better option.

Well... Paratroopa wasn't in tour, so it unfortunately had no chance to come back...

Paratroopa couldn't have come bc he wasn't in Tour. Imo Monty Mole should have come but Poochy would've made the most sense to represent Yoshi's Island, since Hyrule Circuit and Animal Crossing both have characters

Nintendo should've picked toads factory over daisy circuit. Toads factory is a fan favourite and who cares about daisy circuit? Anyway, the track selection (apart from the tour tracks) is great. In fact when it came out, I TT'ed DK mountain like mad.
