No, they're just making a fool of themselves because this makes them look like a three year old child, but it's not outright forbidden
However impersonation when it is non-consensual is forbidden, which means the user will be getting a warning.

This doesn't necessarily apply only to you, but I'm starting to lose my patience with reiterating the same point over and over again because people feel the need to increase their message count which is not even visible to them at this point

@alienx didn't promote sus sites, but I think they are a bot account anyway. They have the most AI-generated ahh grammar and post stuff somewhat unrelated. Idk how I didn't see a topic revival, but trust me it's 100% a bot to me.
