So? you can also go "out of bounds in Airship fortress, Mario Circuit 2, Yoshi Desert, and Wario Stadium.
It's used in the Airship Fortress wr, and is or has been in the DS Bowser's Castle where:
where you can enter the wall and miniturbo across the normal path into another wall letting you skip the spinning thing that slows you down
The point is, it lets you be slightly faster bc you can take a more optimal line that you couldn't before because there were walls blocking you

It's an incorrect use of the term, but I get what they meant. The game allows you to go anywhere within the worlds, there's just linear progression between said worlds. They're misinformed but have the right idea

My most favorite is Star Light Zone, it feels like a relief after the hell that was labyrinth, it's so chill.
Least is the Ending theme, it's just Title Screen but my ears hurt, a lot when the song hits THAT ONE NOTE.
Sonic 2
Most favorite is Mystic Cave Zone
It's so cool and mysterious at the same time, it hits hard.
Least is Death Egg Zone, that's just musicn't, plus extremely trippy...

A REALLY close call, I ended up deciding Wacky Workbench Past just because the grooviness.
But Wacky Workbench Bad future isn't THAT good, it's just mid...
