When I turned 6, I was given MKWii. I remember how bad I was, my best was 1:30 on Luigi Circuit. I also remember I thought the offroader was the best vehicle bc it looked cool which is why I would always use it (even on Luigi Circuit) bc I was a dummy and didn't understand racing.
I also remember raging on DK Snowboard Cross (or DK Summit for those who have that name) on the double hairpin.
I also thought WGM was extremely hard, and would spent 10 mins on that track. My cousin then told me about Rainbow Road, and I thought that would take even longer.

The first game i played was actually Mario golf: Advance tour for the GBA, which got me into both golf and mario. I also started racing on Mario kart wii. I still remember playing it for the first time at a future shop, and my first track being Waluigi Stadium, and god was I bad lol. They were some of my favourite games, and i'm glad I grew up with them!

For me (in my memory at least) the first game I ever played was some Sonic The Hedgehog 1 game on a computer. I think it was an emulator but I forgot.
