made this topic to hopefully give some light to projects that are not well known by the community but are quite high quality!! :]
this will be an ongoing thing, and i'll announce a multicup every 5 days - 1 week, going into detail about its track roster, who it was made by, etc!
i will select each multicup i talk about, as i feel letting the community decide could run into some problems (e.g. arguments)

imo, this is a good idea since all these hidden gems are hidden away from the top rated multicups which i think we have all played 1 million times. well, ct project did get an update so that feels new and fresh

Pikmin Kart Offroad

What is Pikmin Kart Offroad?
PKO is a non-traditional multicup that takes the original Mario Kart formula and flips it on its head by having every track and battle arena be a location from the Pikmin series!
What you can expect from the track roster!
PKO offers a whopping 8 cups and 2 battle cups, totaling up to 10 cups, or 40 total tracks!
Some examples of these tracks include, Crackling Cauldron, Forest of Hope, Impact Site and Corroded Maze!
When can you expect it to release?
Unfortunately, there is no official release date yet, as most of the tracks arent finished.

What is MMK2:TTG?
MMK2:TTG is a sequel to Maxxie's Complete Mario Kart (or MCMK for short), except done differently than before! On top of that, it is also a traditional multicup.
What you can expect from the track roster!
MMK2:TTG has 8 total cups, 4 of them being Nitro, and the other 4 being Retro.
The Nitro tracks will mainly be, well, original/new tracks, but some of them will be re-imaginings of older tracks made by Maxxie! However, the Retros will all be remakes of mainline MK tracks (as one could expect from most multicups nowadays
)
When can you expect it to release?
Much like PKO, MMK2:TTG has no confirmed release date, so don't expect it to release in the coming days (or weeks for that matter)

The Complete Mode multicup I would like to create is called Mario Kart Variety, and it's basically what it sounds like. Each track is different, with them lacking any similarities. No, this is not like Super Circuit. That game kinda sucks, but there's something wrong--I don't know how to even make the track designs with the tools on the internet.
Also I don't think I can handle making actual good Complete Mode tracks

MKC is a traditional multicup, albeit with more outlandish and unique track themes compared to what you'd possibly expect from the average traditional multicup
What you can expect from the track roster!
Unlike most traditional multicups, MKC has 12 cups, with the last 2 cups being used for more Nitro and Retro selections! Furthermore, there will be some tracks that have variations, similar to the SNES tracks (e.g. Peach City 1, Toad Park 2)
When can you expect it to release?
Just like the two aforementioned multicups (PKO and MMK2:TTG), MKC has no confirmed release date as of now
as for extra information, Mario Kart Crystal takes place in the same world as Mario Hoops 3-on-3 and Mario Sports Mix!!

Dude, this topic is for Amber to advertise projects she finds worthy of such, not for you to ramble on whatever you're doing, don't try to advertise your stuff forcefully thank you.
I don't think I can finish the Mario Kart Variety multicup. If it were in Quick Mode, it would've been much faster to complete, but the thing is, I wanted it to be in Complete Mode. And Complete Mode is more advanced with the track design.
Yes, the course names are interesting and all, but for looks? Sorry, but someone like @RHcks should have to create them. They know better about track design.

What is LoADT?
LoADT is a non-traditional multicup. It is a semi-sequel to the (now deleted) Choco Kart series and a spiritual successor to the Super Bob-Omb Kart series! It also contains a huge story behind it, all connected via lore.
What you can expect from the track roster!
LoADT offers 4 cups with completely original tracks that are places in the project's lore. On top of that, there will be 4 B-Side cups added in waves/updates after LoADT is finished, totalling up to 8 cups
When can you expect it to release?
Unlike the other projects mentioned here, LoADT has a rough release date of around Early-Mid 2028!

I can't believe this needs to be reminded again, but almost every time I go on this topic to recognise some good multicups that deserve some recognition, they get overshadowed by people advertising their own multicups or circuits, despite being told several times that this topic is not for self-advertising.
If you really feel the need to advertise your own multicups or creations, make your own topics or reasonably advertise your creations in a topic intended for that purpose (eg. Share Your Circuits)
This topic is a good usage of the forums that @ambersillygal is making, and it helps for when people are trying to finding underrated or upcoming multicups to look forward to and play, hence the entire title of this topic to begin with.
Some of you just don't read, and then mindlessly make the same mistake that we've been trying to remind you of every time you make it again. So I have decided to delete the self-advertising and single-word responses, in light of this topic.
I make this message because we want to reduce the amount of forum kid slop there is on the site. Forums have been in a better position than ever in this recent age of MKPC and ideally we won't want to revert back to when it was nothing but all slop. Sorry if this post seems harsh in wording, this is an issue I wanted to address for quite some time now that can be applicable for some other topics too.
Edit: If you want your multicup to be mentioned, @ambersillygal already said she would be available in DMs. Just respect their wishes and don't harass them if they don't reply or if they reject your request
