Why Does My Track Death Wind 1 Keep Getting Deleted?

Every Time I Made a Quick Mode Version Of Death Wind 1, It Gets Deleted. I didn't Delete It. Just a Couple of Minutes ago I made Death Wind 1 with a Challenge Mode. But It Got Deleted!
Can Someone Please Explain Why This is Happening?
I'm 99% Sure this is a Useless Topic. But I just want a Way To Explain what is Happening.

IDK Maybe you dont save it or someone delete your races
