Yes it’s true my parents just told me that we’re moving to France ( My dad got a job there ) we’re moving into an apartment In Bordeaux btw They told me we’re flying there on August 19!

My dad has some family in Bordeaux so I’ll finally meet my gramma and grandpa irl and also a lot of cousins, uncles ,and aunts

That’s awesome! When I moved abroad as a kid, getting to meet family I’d only heard about was actually one of the best parts. Bordeaux is supposed to be beautiful and has a real mix of French culture, so you’ll probably find it easy to settle in, especially with all the family around.
Not sure if your parents have to ship a bunch of stuff, but when we did our international move, we had to look up all the options for moving overseas and customs paperwork. Websites like ThreeMovers came in handy for comparing what’s needed and what to expect before moving.
