If anyone could help me, it would be appreciated. I take screenshots on my device (HP laptop) but I am not sure how to send those screenshots on MKPC. You can use postimages, i had the same problem and this website fixes it.

Perhaps people just don't care to respond to what you say? Most conversations only last a few messages, except for the controversial ones and the arguments. A large number of the major users are still active, they don't need to be revived, they just need a reason to post.
If you want my opinion on how to fix your problem, in the old days the topics that would be quite active were fanfics, which, if they were good, would attract many users, especially the more active or major ones.

If you think MKPC is about getting responses then there’s already a problem. MKPC is a game about Mario Kart, yet it seems like you want it to be about people talking on the forum, which it very much isn’t. “A handful of responses” is fine, it’s not like you’re getting none. The forum just keeps getting bigger and bigger with more kids joining, so idk what you mean about needing more activity when there’s already plenty. And no you can’t help the forum out it’s fucked no matter what you do
