Splatoon Raiders/Splatoon 3 Update (NS/NS2)
Published on 2025-10-31 at 21:06:28
Fellow Inklings and Octolings, here we go! A dream come true for Splatoon fans, finally some kind of Splatoon 4, the NEW spinoff game, Raiders!
Alright! I'll tell ya! Jeez... So here's the breakdown:
You play as the 'Mechanic' and explore the mysterious Spirhalite Islands alongside THE Deep Cut in Splatoon Raiders, a new Splatoon spin-off game launching exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. Whoops, looks like this is only for the 500 dollar dudes... Well, I'll be... So, probably not your average Turf War. The inklings don't have new mechanics (WHY, NINTENDO!?) but the graphics appear to be much better this time around. So typical Nintendo Switch 2 stuff. Might as well be a Switch game.
So you should be able to search the game-- on your Switch or Switch 2-- on the Switch eShop, but can only download it on the NS2. You can still add it to the wishlist on the NS1, however. You can also get to it from the news. Be sure to check it out!
Alongside this blast of ink, a free update for the Splatoon 3 game is coming to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on June 12. (I'm late lol) The update features the Splatlands collection, consisting of new weapons from the Barazushi and Emberz brands. Based on previous weapons, these new additions have fresh looks with different sub and special weapons. There are a total of 30 new weapon kits in this collection. A returning stage from the original Splatoon game on Wii U, Urchin Underpass (finally) will also be added to the stage rotation. This is for Switch and Switch 2 owners, so if you're interested in Splatoon...

Ink it up, dude!
That's all from the @EvilBlackYoshi! Follow me if you want to see more!
