Now I prefer pngs cuz even tho they are bigger they give you the exact image I wanted without reducing quality. after all pixilated is better than blurry right?

I have figured out how to fix it: i forgot to map R analogue to anything

Holding it down but not very hard as soon as water comes out mario stops

i am playing mario sunshine on dolphin and i cant run and spray (pressing r and walking) it just makes mario stop on the spot and sray no madder how gental i am help

details:

dolphin 4.02 32 bit
duleshock 4 controller (connected with usb)
clean rom with no hacks

If you could have mario moveset whitch game would you have (from the platformers not mario kart or party) you can switch between  your normal moveset to the mario one
It would also be. A bit different to the normal game (ground pounding from a normal hight wold not hurt but doing it off the empire estate building would kill you and ur butt would hurt)

Me personally would go for 3d all stars (I can switch between 64s goofy blj for speed or smack someone in the face with my galaxy twirl and have the almost perfect moveset just without fludd
