Scroll down and click manual download this will take u to github just download the newest version 64 or 32 bit then extract it and find the exe for mmwe

I recommend the latest update. You'll need Discord make a Discord account join the Engine Kingdom go to set ups put "/set up" then you can make your account for SMM: WE, then go back to the game put in your Account name and password that's all. Hope it works
