(Been figuring out how to word this for a few weeks, so bear with me here, while English is my first language I suck at it)

Here lately my mind has been scattered all over the place, with doing some massive TT grinds, senior year of high school being work-heavy, sports teams I am on going deep in state playoffs, filling out a shit ton of college submissions, and IRL being absolute hell, all while trying to think of ideas for events (never said I actually came up with a good one). Eventually some balls had to drop off the tiny plate I was trying to balance, it just happened to be this.

This isn't entirely easy to say, but I officially announce my resignation from being an event host and a challenge validator. I will be back eventually, I just need some time to think about things.

This isn't anyone's fault, if anything, it's mine for trying to balance so many things at the same time. In other words, don't go around saying it's your fault I'm leaving this community.

I wish all of y'all the best of luck, have fun for the foreseeable future without me.

Hello, I guess I'll throw my name into the mix for this

Hello, my name is AndyDTNT, and I am applying for the event host role. I am 16 years of age, I enjoy doing endurance speedruns (basically speedruns over 24 hours on), and enjoy playing tournaments on MKPC. When it comes to availability, my schedule is about to clear up alot due to school being over in around a week as of typing this. One major flaw is that I have a massive problem with keeping focus without something in my ears blasting music into them. Without that, I can't pay attention for longer than a few minutes. This also means as long as I have earbuds, I'll be fine. Another issue, I don't speak french, tho I do have a capable translator that isn't Google Translate.

The big reason I am applying is, well, there is a mass shortage of event hosts on MKPC, so figured if I throw my name in the mix, there is a chance there won't be.

Event Host Experience: was a event host for a 1000+ member Madden server for over two years, Event Host on Mario Kart (O) since December 2020 (since became moderator).

This topic got revived, so I might as well respond.

Easiest for me: Ribbon Road, speed pad glitch got fixed.

Hardest for me: Sunset Wilds, everything that can go wrong will go wrong for me on this track.
