World doesnt have any official minimaps like such i believe, and maybe they could do it similar
but to requote, it takes much effort to create, and is not the main focus, so its unlikely

New Courses for the base game (eg. N64, GCN, Wii etc.)
Adding new courses takes a lot of effort to create, much more than the good custom tracks on the site. It's better to focus on more important updates such as bug fixes and optimisations. You can also just play the custom tracks that people worked hard to build anyway, such as the (currently WIP) community project MKPC Generations (go check out other creations too!).
