i totally need your help! im working a project named "mario kart stars!" and i felt i need some help. you will need a program to use are: paint.net, pixilart, paint 3D, scratch/tubrowarp, libresprite/asesprite and pixlr. as always, here are the nitro cups and retro cups needed to be done:
