Tbh making the N64 tracks are hard enough, especially the fact that most Mario Universe n64 tracks are larger than 1MB and resizing them makes them too small. Also, Rainbow Road.

Add some N64 track pieces like Toad's Turnpike or Rainbow Road, but no Mario Kart PC Grand Prix and Online cups.
That would be extremely impractical. For those pieces to be added you might as well make the cups, otherwise they would be there for no reason.
If they had to do that, the cup limit would need to increase.
