I have decided that, for the first round, due to the number of characters, the bottom four characters will be eliminated! Those characters are:
Toadette
Peach
Daisy
Bowser Jr.
None received any votes. Mario did not receive any votes either, but MarioKartPC_ posted their vote for Mario in the topic, so Mario lives!

Mine are kinda complicated...
I have two bus services, 603 and 604.
They both go to same place, or if you want to be more specific from the dot matrix board... They take the route Kitt Green Circular.(Kitt Green is the area in Wigan where I live.)
Here's how it works...
If you want to go to the railway station, Wigan town centre or the Wigan bus station, 604 is faster to take.
But if you want to go to Kitt Green or Marsh Green, 603 is faster to take.
What about yours?

Oh hell nah, how 3ds rainbow road is overrated ? Such as Koopa Cape and shroom ridge ? But thank you for saying Waluigi Pinball and Coconut Mall are overrated
Shroom Ridge sucks tbh. I take back what I said before about Tick Tock Clock, Shroom Ridge is easily by far the most overrated

Absolutely agree on the Tour city tracks, most are insanely good with Tokyo being the only major exception.
However, while I personally disagree but understand why you may dislike Coconut Mall and Waluigi Pinball, I don't understand what's to dislike about Wii Rainbow Road. It's just chaotic fun, items are important, the boosts make it really feel like you're going fast, it's just a great track all around.

Most underrated in the whole series is easily Sky High Sundae, never understood why people disliked it past 'it's a rectangle' which shouldn't instantly turn you off from a track, especially such an interesting one
Most overrated in the series is probably Tick Tock Clock, like it's interesting and a cool reference but the actual track isn't too fun imo
