...also "yellow shell": hits yourself when used, stuns for 20 seconds, and cannot be removed from your item slot NO MATTER WHAT so falling, bullet'd, blue'd shocked, anything that's makes you lose items, it wont remove this 
any place can get this at 1% chance to get it, but when you get it... just rage quit
