Yup! GBA bowser Castle 4 is coming to Tour at the same time too, but just like with Yoshi Desert, Sunset Wilds still swipes the last GBA slot in the Pass.

People were debating about what the final SNES track would be next wave. It was the only track we didn't know for the wave, all the other 7 were filled in ages ago.
People thought the Ad for Vanilla Lake on Coconut Mall meant it was coming, although, of course, it's a Tour rip, so it didn't mean a damn thing. The other options were Koopa Beach, trumped by Koopa Cape, or Choco Island, trumped by Sunset Wilds. The only other valid option was an SNES Bowser Castle, which has never been remade, so they defaulted to Vanilla Lake anyway, even with Snow Land.
We finally have all 8, there are only 5 more to go for Wave 6 & then it's ALL over.

If any of you guys somehow believed the whole Vanilla Lake ad sign bullshit(which is from the TOUR MODEL btw), worry no more.

Idk, ppl like having a legal way to play them for competitive, and nostalgia. The first 2 gens specifically are pretty bad. 3 is much better, but yeah, ppl like to play the game on the actual hardware. They shouldn't have to do something illegal to play them.

I think I came across the reason that Pokemon mainline games haven't been announced for NSO.

The older generations have Game Corners, and were made before the rating fixes that Generation VI had. IE, gambling is illegal in children's video games. 3DS got lucky with the timing, all were there before the change. They'd have to either bump the rating up to T, or, the far easier fix, ignore them completely and don't put them on NSO.

Also, fun fact, it's a similar thing for some of the Smash Ultimate DLC Mii costumes. Any game which features M rated games needs to be bumped up to M. That's why it says SSBU X Dante and not Devil May Cry, Vault Boy and not Fallout, Ezio and not Assasin's Creed, Dragonborn and not Skyrim. Joker came out before this rating change, so the Persona characters got the slip.

Even then, their allowed to have standards. This CTGP wasn't meant to allow anything and everything anyway. You can't fault them for that. You know what you can do? Keep trying. Get better at making courses, take both good & bad criticism to heart, try new ideas, keep creating. One day, you'll reach that upper echilon. Or, maybe find a substitute for their project that is less strict(cough* cough* the one you literally created)
With time, you'll improve. But only if you keep trying. Also when you're burned out, taking a break and coming back is good, but other than that, keep trying. Or you could give up with trying to get into CTGP.
Personally, I'm envious of your confidence. I couldn't imagine submitting any of my courses to CTGP, they're all too subpar, atleast to me.
But there's a fine line between confidence and insanity, and I hope you find it. You need to let it go.
