So... Since You Had Already Submitted Rosalina's Raceway I'll Pick Only Two Tracks For This And I Had In My Mind Three Options That Could Work But I Decided Which Ones Could Work Being These Two:
NS2 Dandelion Depths (I Would Had Picked Starview Peak But It Wouldn't Make Sense To Have Two Rosalina Tracks By The Same Person So My Option It's Dandelion Depths)
And Gargoyle Manor (I Was Between Gargoyle Manor Or Wii Mushroom Gorge But I Don't Think Anyone Will Add A Spooky Track So I've Decided To Atleast Have ONE Spooky Track Being Gargoyle Manor)

I originally had made most checkpoints optional so the issue of not hitting all the checkpoints would not happen as much, but it was still where, so now I tried making all of the checkpoints larger, and so far haven't ran into any issues like before, but I will keep testing. Tracks Like That Could Work But The Issue With That Track Are The Checkpoints Because If It's Pretty Easy To Miss A Checkpoint And Make Your Lap Not Count So... Those Types Of Tracks Could Work But That Will Not Be Accepted Because Of That Issue I Just Told You

Okay, I've been thinking about this since September, but here you can send your battle arenas for the big multicup it has to be in Complete Mode, however, the Style of Quick Mode is allowed, because Battle Mode is forgotten about, yes anything is accepted (Yes you can turn your race courses into battle arenas) just one thing though! Make sure it's yours! Stolen ones aren't accepted because it's not yours (Duh). So, I can't wait to see what it will look like and a rise for Battle Mode!
