Well, I'm from 2016, so you're all newbies from my POV hahaha

Well, actually, I just used the inspect element tool to add the year of inscription next to the nicknames of all users from the first 2 pages of most sent messages on July 2023...

And it's worse than I thought, there's only 2 users from 2016-2018 and less than 10 from 2020-2021, almost everyone is from 2022-2023!
(ofc this is a little bit biased since it doesn't take non-forum users into account but they're a minority if I'm not wrong)

Updated tier list:

2010-2015: Dead
2016-2017: Absolute OG
2018-2019: OG
2020-2021: Semi-OG
2022-2023: Newbie

But in all seriousness, I think 95% of active users joined after 2018.
It's extremely rare to see someone from 2015-2016 and I don't think there's any active users from 2010-2014 (apart from Wargor and a few exceptions)

Aight, based on Swiftjar's YouTube video on the matter, (Here it is,) we should see 2 Tour Cities, 2 Nitros, 2 Double Dash tracks, 1 Wii track and he said Super Circuit, but he probably meant SNES. Wii Rainbow road is pretty much confirmed, and Piranha Plant Cove, that new Pipe Nitro and Rome Avanti are 100% Confirmed. Personally, I don't believe that Madrid will get a city, so my prediction is Cairo (Egypt) because in THIS image...

I have encircled a portion of the promotional art of a small desert with pyramids and a palm tree. Every other building on this artwork is from a city track, so a city from Egypt makes sense.

For the Double Dash tracks, I believe we only have three options. Here's the full list of GCN tracks:

Luigi Circuit (Already have a GCN circuit track in 8DX)
Peach Beach (Already have Daisy Cruiser)
Baby Park (Already in 8DX)
Dry Dry Desert (Already in 8DX)
Mushroom Bridge (Already have enough traffic tracks)

That leaves the SNES track. I posted a meme on Meme of the Day yonks ago saying that I believe it's gonna be one of the F*CKING CIRCLES (Koopa Beach/Vanilla Lake) Since we already have Snow Land, I have gone for Koopa Beach.
