How is it RNG based? I don’t get it.
He said he would use a wheel of names to eliminate people rather than actually coming up with it himself.
The wheel would decide who would die and then I would script the entire thing and make it so that they do, its not like I'm getting an entire Ai to make the whole thing.

A fellow man of culture, I see. Well I like my powers, how do you suggest I can scale them down without changing them too much?
You could do laser vision and some kind of body armor that makes you take less damage?
This is the best suggestion. Perhaps you could also use grenades?

I don't know what to call it but basically there will be two teams fighting for survival in a wasteland environment. Every fight at least one player will be removed from their team by use of a wheel of names. From now on the explanation will be done in lore.

Those police sound extremely useless. If they don't do anything about a serial killer then there is no chance of anything happening over a stalker threatening rape and murder. I hope the justice system stamps people like this out and locks them away for life. Make sure your parents and family know of this though.

Also an infection gamemode using the thunder cloud from Mario Kart Wii where if you get hit you get infected and gain increased speed, but every minute the infected get struck by lightning and become small and can't infect.

Oh my god, if I were you, I'd call the police because I remember when I got a call from a girl and they kept saying, "Hi honey, how are you?" and I was like, "What?" and it went on like that for about, I don't know, 3 minutes? Well, I finally hung up, and then like, 2 seconds later, that exact same number called me again. I was mad, so I grabbed the phone and almost yelled, "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT!!??" and they replied, "I want your money, silly." and then hung up. Talk about creepy. I feel you.
I guess... But wouldn't the guy try to kill me if he found out? Remember, me and him have always been enemies
And remember, in the country where I'm from (and where I'm living) it's illegal to carry any sort of weapon
Besides, this matter is much more than money... Dude, we're dealing with threats of rape, here!
How would he know where you live to attempt to kill you? Also we need to find this guy on discord and report him as fast as possible so he can't go about threatening more people.
He was in my old school and has the perverted ability to eavesdrop, stalk and rape, so...
Damn. If you know of him and where he lives you should report him to your local police but make sure you have lots of evidence and he could potentially (Hopefully (Probably)) be arrested.
