I am sorry to announce my departure. Yes I know that I've only been here for a few days, but I'm seriously way too busy to play this game. My teachers have been giving way too much homework over the past few weeks to the point where I barely have enough time to sleep, much less play MKPC. I don't want to do this as I just started again TwT but unfortunately I feel that I have to.
I'll miss all of you guys and all of the amazing memories I've had playing this game. Goodbye

I've tried this a million times and I JUST KEEP BRAKE DRIFTING! Is my PS4 controller broken, or is this just a keyboard thing?
I don't think brakedrifting is a thing in mkpc with normal settings
The only thing I can think of is that either your reverse button is broken or you have reverse drifting turned off, it's been forever since I played though so I forgot where the setting is and can't help you sorry TwT
Edit: Reverse drifting is absolutely possible on controller though I know that much ^^

I agree with Pianta, the purpose of the topic was very clear (a school fight roleplay) and not useless, and CraftoMK09's message was literally on topic. I can somewhat justify warning the original poster as the topic was immature (edit: I have discovered the topic creator is now banned for other reasons) but there was nothing Crafto (or anyone else in the topic) did that is ban worthy. But if you REALLY think it is justifiable to warn Crafto, then "message farming" is an inaccurate and confusing term, "useless message" or simply "spam" wouldve fit much better and would have prevented this topic from having been created in the first place
I fully understand that you want people to play the game but if you want to argue that the forum should be only for stuff that is related to MKPC, well actually random things like this are literally what the "various discussions" heading is for

You can very much still RD on controller actually ^^ I've heard it's slightly harder than on PC but still very easily doable

Can we have in update of the list of Creations for authors? Because my sister shares a PC with me and whenever she makes a track, it's on my list of creations. Plus, if you visit her account, then it'll show all my creations including hers. I don't want anyone to think she was the one who is doing all this so I would like an update.
EDIT: I just remembered that she can also use my custom characters without completing the challenges for them so can you fix that too?

Actually account data is linked to IP addresses so accountess players can preserve their data without making an account, and so moderators can more easily detect alts.
Dm a moderator they can split the data for you two I think (shouldn't be too hard considering she only has one circuit) ^^

In addition to being a moderator, Nodac is also one of the challenge validators, so he or another validator would have to play and verify the challenge in order to make it visible to other participants. Note that the challenge validator role is separate from moderator, and there are many challenge validators that are not moderators, Nodac just happens to be both

1Absence of Walls in Bowser's Castle Snes Tracks

- The fact that there are no jumps in GBARR I know was intentional; a lot of the shortcuts from the original won't work because of the way the lap count system works in MKPC versus Super Circuit. Besides GBARR is already one of the better tracks in the game without the jumps
- Adding walls to the Bowser's Castles would not only make obsolete all of the time trial records but also the gameplay would be made much worse. The MKPC SNES maps are 512x512 as opposed to 1024x1024 like the original, and if there were walls added then the road would be way too thin and it would ruin gameplay
- Similar with the Donut Plainses. The actual drivable road in the Donut Plainses bypassing the water section is thinner than the rest of the track, especially in DP3, and I don't wanna be driving in that section between holes, it is much more satisfying to bag and get shrooms and bypass the section altogether. Imo DP3 is already the worst track to NITA excluding KB2 and CI2, I don't wanna make things worse than it already are

How do people like hoppingicon make their realistic tracks? Also, how can I use them without having to struggle with the 25MB limit?
1) PaintNET is the software that most of the best track creators use if that helps at all ^^ As for how to use it to make good tracks, well I've never actually used it so idk
2) The 25MB image limit is only for the images that are hosted directly on MKPC, so you can just upload the track image to an image hosting site and copy the link ^^ Recommend Postimages for anything smaller than 800x800, and Imgbb for anything larger

A bit minor and not really game breaking but when you select "Load more" when browsing through circuits on someone's creations page, the French translation of the circuit names will always appear even if my language is set to English
