I don't think Tour has MK8 tracks, but I don't play Tour either so IDRK
It doesn't, most likely due to the anti-gravity on most of them. But so much of the antigravity in MK8DX is completely unnecessary, so they could remove it from tracks like Toad Harbor and Thwomp Ruins.
I was going to include Water Park instead, but unless Nintendo either adds antigravity or DS RR to Tour, the loop section wouldn't be possible. The antigravity on Dolphin Shoals is just a U-Turn that is on a steep-ish incline. Just make the incline less steep and you can remove the antigrav and add it to Tour!

And If They Put GBA Mario Circuit In Tour (They Will Probably Put Luigi Circuit Instead) They Can Either Remove The Anti-Gravity Or Make The Part Flat Again
