Here's my proposal for a revamped intro message that has a 0% chance of being added:
Hello, random person on the internet (or Toad, or Yoshi, or... you get the gist). You have stumbled across a passion project fangame that became way too popular, a.k.a Mario Kart PC!
-The game itself, and custom tracks-
The main game is already very customizable, if you want to make your own tracks, you can also do that. There are two main modes of track-making: Quick Mode, less polished but easier to pick up, and Complete Mode, which is a bit more difficult to figure out but can produce better tracks. (Don't ask for any more tracks in the base game, people have made ones themselves!
-The forum-
If you look at even a few topics on the forum, you'll notice it's littered with a few crazy people (and the occasional bot) sending random message, but mostly some rule-abiding members. Try to be like them and follow the rules.
