Overtime Youtube has kinda sucked, with them removing the abilitt to see likes and dislikes, they added shorts to pretend to be other social media, it's dumb, it's aa dumb as Discord with all these new updates trying to be Twitter or Instagram

As a furry, it doesn't bother me when people call me one and try to be rude about it, if anything it's hilarious to me, but people like to simply attack me for that reason, they're not gonna be gaining anything from it though.

I actually encountered someone who had a history of gambling addiction while playing Tour, very insightful conversation. However, every mobile game has that sort of stuff, money is to be made. They have to find a way to make a profit. How old is that article, btw? Certainly not pre-pipe removal.

That's not how law works. If you feel they just pay the lawyers to prove them right and move on with most of these lawsuits, you'd be incorrect. You've let the internet too far into your head. 9/10 times nothing happens. It's like all the bozo women who "come forward" about getting "raped" 20+ years later when X person is popular. Like, the fuck where you doing that whole time? You were young as hell, you woulda said something, that's how young people act. Getting offended, yet you waited 2 decades to bring it up? Be serious.
So yeah, most of them fall through. Petty problems, that don't effect most people using the product. Unlike with the joy-cons, where masses are having the problem, because they're casuals and don't know how to use their controllers.
Money makes this world unfortunately, at least here in the US, if you don't have money for really good lawyers, then you're most likely losing that court case. Nintendo is a Multi Millionaire company, and companies like that almost always win in court. It's rare you see someone beat a company in court. It's just how things are

There was this one time where a bunch of hackers were working in this game and they scape goated this dude and he got introuble with it, and Nintendo took them to court and now between 20% - 35% of their paychecks automatically go to Nintendo now. They don't mess around, they will win in court. Its one if the many reasons why I don't like Nintendo as a company.

I don't play Mario Kart Tour, but I have a lot of friends playing it and they say they have a lot of stiff competition online, so I don't think it's dying off, at least not for the moment.
