Firstly, no. Koopa Cape is definitely the best MKWii track for it's creatively, scenery and gameplay.
But it all started on discord when we were doing track reviews. We went over all the Snes, GBA and DS courses, and when there was a course only one person liked out of the group we would say KoopaCapeisBetter
