Taking advantage of the absence of order in the wake of nuclear winter, the Fenrisian tribe under K emerges from their underground habitations and begins colonizing the area around Sitka, Alaska and moving northeast. The tribe creates mines and collects oil and ore from underground, preparing it for shipment back to Sitka for an unspecified project. The Empire of Fenris is formed. At the moment it covers only about 300 square miles (wtf is a kilometer!?!?) with Sitka near its southern border..

I am going to beggin researching super soldier technology that adds multiple organs to said super soldiers (including 3rd lung and 2nd heart) and create some basic armour alongside missile launching rifles, if possible.
i'm pretty sure that isnt gonna be possible cuz its unrealistic, but since i also did some unrealistic stuff in this rp i can't be talking-

Good thing I am in a defensive alliance with twilight and you have no just cause for war. Considering you would have to fly over twilights airspace, I don't think that the bomb would make it there. This unprompted attack will most likely cause most other nations to Ally with me, so I believe you should call off the attack or you will be the one begging for peace.

Not much moveset potential. He literally just puts bombs down.
Let me call you out on this one, I think you're may or may not be familiar with the Bomberman series in general since stating "he only uses bombs (and nothing else)" is an absurd reason, I'm sorry but it really is an absurd reason to jump into conclusions like that. Just a reminder, remember how Pac-Man and Mega Man made it into Smash, despite they're from the 80's? Yet Bomberman is from the 80's too...
Not only he can use bombs, he can even use different types of bombs (Pierce Bomb, Power Bomb, Rubber Bomb, Power Bomb) or the elemental bombs (Ice Bomb, Thunder Bomb, Wind Bomb, Light Bomb) like in the previous games. Not only that, he can even kick and punch bombs (and probably without bombs), throw bombs (even charging them into dangerous bomb if held for too long, otherwise he can also throw people since games like Super Bomberman 4 showcased that), and while it's not bomb related, but some Bomberman games include the push item to push people away.
Though for how his bombs work, probably not the plus shaped ones, and probably the ones that explodes into spherical pattern instead, matching from Baku Bomberman 64 and Bomberman Hero.
That is true, however even then most bombs are too simular to make much of a difference. I may not have known of some of the more different bombs because I've only played some of the older games.

Ah yes, well renown character heav. Assuming you mean Heavy he may be a good pick, however Nintendo don't like the use of guns, so he would need to use more of his different weapons, which may seem against the characters ideals, being "heavy weapons guy"
Honestly, I'm not sure whether he should be in Smash or not, if he takes moves from spin-off titles he may be fun, but I don't see the appeal of the character.

It was unclear what game the chicken was from, and crossy road doesn't have a good moveset potential.
Arms man was considered but was supposedly too bland or something and Min-Min was picked over him. Also the image doesn't change anything.
