How to connect NS Pro controller on a phone?

You have to turn off the controller's connection to any previously paired devices. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and put your phone in pairing mode. On your Pro Controller, press and hold the sync button on the top until the lights begin to flash. Your phone should then detect the controller, allowing you to tap it in the list of available devices to connect. This should allow your phone to connect to your Pro Controller.

Yoshi is already a skin in the game and has 8 colors, one of them being red.

No, but there is an unlockable gold Yoshi that replaces gray Yoshi.
turquoise, cyan, teal?
I might as well make it so you can customize your Yoshi's skin color and shoe color.
