The "Thief" just searched the Track name on Google and found yours. Yeah, your Track is one of the top images that appear when you search for "MK8 Water Park", I tested
Edit: I searched a little more and saw that the thief is actually picking the first image they found that comes from mkpc, for example, Cloudtop Cruise, the first mkpc image is the remake from Toad64, that is the same they posted. In a nutshell, they are really stealing other users Tracks.
