This is obviously sarcasm here, Noob is joking around about how it is physically possible for D4rk's friend to say that word. But he himself says that he wouldn't advise it, which is a figure of style used in irony where you reduce the meaning of something in order to make the person understand in a better way.
E.g. : the message he was trying to convey here is that even if he could he shouldn't, that's about it.
