1. unless needed do not harm people
2. you are able to harm anyone who has harmed you in at most a day
3. if someone has harmed you, you must harm them at most at the scale that they harmed you, so no nuking someone's house because they insulted your mom
4. if a robber steals your stuff you can harm them
5. you can only harm robbers at most at the scale they have stolen from you, similar to law 2
