What websites could I use to change the Colors of SNES Maps?

I want to Make SMK Tracks but with different Colors. But I don't know what Websites allow you to Replace the Colors with another Colors. EG Replacing Choco Island 2's Mud Colors with Water Colors.

I think the track would benefit from having a cleaner artstyle, the track here looks confusing and not very enjoyable to play. It's also unpleasing visually. To fix this, you can either use a line tool or just use the paintbrush in a way that makes your track width consistent and your edges neat.
Sadly, that's the whole point of the track...

Like you scrapped DS Rainbow Road and Maple Treeway just because you cannot use overrides correctly, and how is boo lake in and broken pier not for literally no reason?
Also, your opinions on a track isn't meant to decide if you are gonna include it or not.
I feel bad for broken pier being the only GBA track excluded here.

In Sonic Speed Simulator, when you're supposed to go to the trading hub, it's mostly for your skins and nothing else. Besides, the character you start as is Modern Sonic, and people have different opinions on their favorite skin in the whole game. Then when they have that skin, they can play normally. Now, trading is the problem. Because since most people nowadays are being selfish and have brainrot in them, they're most intended to not give you what you really want.
Me, myself in the game, wanted Movie Sonic so I can actually start the game, but the amount of tension you have to trade is rough. SSS is supposed to be an innocent speed simulator experience, but the trades are hard to handle. I don't even know if I want to go back in there...
