Europa Universalis IV , I'm making a MKPC mod, but i cant seem to be able to code a new government into the game
I'm trying to make the Exalted Kingdom a new form of government, cus in the game you hvae special governments like the English Monarchy, or the Russian Tsardom, so yeah

To be completely honest, I like it a lot, but I did think that the shades and shadows could be improved. Like take Mario, he looks pretty good but there's something not quite right about how the light hits his face. I might be over analysing this but that is really the only fault I can see in it.
