Ranking the 10 newest complete mode tracks

You read that right, I'm ranking the 10 most recent tracks made in the complete editor!
(Note: I started writting this topic the 18th of June at 23:26 UTC+2)

The ranking system is simple, it is based on a 20 point grid:
10 points for how good it plays
5 points for how good it looks
And 5 point on how sight-readable the track is for a first time player

I have decided not to include retro tracks such as Luigi Circuit, unless those have either a change in the track itself or in the style.

Now let's get started!

#1: F-Zero 01 by caleb

The track is just the first track of F-Zero with no changes, but since it isn't a mario kart retro, I had to rank it. It plays pretty badly, as it is really long with the only items being at the front.

#2: TON 618 by Hunntrrr

The track layout is good, although a bit underscaled, it is really easy to fall into the holes, even in 100cc, and the fact that the offroad is just a darker version of the ground is quite unnexpected at first

#3: N64 Royaume Sorbet a by Toad

The track plays nicely, but is a bit too long in my opinion, and a bit overscaled. The track in itself is sherbet land with a modified layout, and honestly, the layout is pretty good, but the bright white roads added by Toad kinda hurts the eyes

#4: Egg Reverie by 5072

The tracks looks not good, but is still sorta enjoyable to play, although the track is really hard to sightread at first, and the fact it's only 1 lap doesn't help the sightreadablity.

#5: Blank city remake by yascamer

It plays nicely, is easy to sightread and looks partially decent. The only true critisism I have is that there are 2 converging art styles, those being pixel and drawn on paint.

#6: Metallic Madness by 5072

Another one laper from 5072, this one is quite a bit longer than Egg Reverie, and the warps are a bit buggy at times, but it's packed with item boxes, along with nice sawblades to keep you on your toes

#7: MKPCverse - MK1(0) - Château de Bowser by Lely

This track is perfect: Plays well, Looks amazing and Is really easy to sightread! I honestly underestimated this track at first, but after playing it, it is an experience I recommend

#8: Lava Reef by 5072

This one laper is probably the best 5072 track today, I love the change of music when arriving to the ice section, the only real problem is the lava pillar spam in the lava section. Keep it up!

#9: Oil Ocean by 5072

This is probably the nicest looking track 5072 has for us today, but sadly, the glitchy respawn points that doesn't count the lap kind of ruin it, but the idea is quite good. Also, oil puddle spam, kinda not good

It's a good track, doesn't play bad, doesn't look great but doesn't look awful either, and has a bit of a sightreading problem near the middle point, but it's still really fun to play on!

Cargo Crate:
13/20
It's visually quite good, I like the pixel style, and the size is pretty good, but there is way too much teleporters which reduces sight-readability by a lot

SNES Choco Island 1:
19/20
A short *sweet* track (pun intended), Same compliments about the pixel style, I love it, and the track is quite sightreadable, only problem is the choco bar at the beginning of the track is a bit too small

Luigi Kart Stadium:
20/20
It's really good, it looks stunning, and plays amazingly! Plus, I could go onto the parking lot, if you weren't already at a 20/20, you'd have a bonus point

Piranha Plant Wilds:
9/20
This is not your greatest work of art, it looks boring, not too much to look at, and the cannon at the end bugs a lot and sometimes blocks you either in the wall or back to the little tunnel area

Junior Airport:
69/20
Best track ever.

Cargo crate had to be like that to fit the theme so it would definitely be better in Mario kart 8
Piranha plant wilds was my original idea for it to be a dried out oasis with the only survivors being piranha plants but that will be remade
Luigi kart stadium was at a moment in time likely to be a 1 if lucky due to me making the track bigger when adding ramps

Alright!

Yoshi River:
16/20
Good looking track, plays quite well and is easily sight-readable, only slight issue is the shroom shortcut being too good, even shroomless

Dash City:
15/20
It plays well, but some paths are much slower than others, which can really affect a first time player

Arid Canyon:
16/20
This plays really well, really smoothly, and easy to sight-read, but this one seems more bland it its looks, It doesn't really change much, apart from a little cave section, and even then, the section isn't long enough to truly be called a "section"

SCKX2: Pyramid Puzzle:
12/20
I'll give it a bonus point for creativity, but the many teleporters just give less sight-readability, and the track is a bit underscaled

SCKX2: Blue Mountain:
11/20
The track is not that great to play on with the track being underscaled, and having a lot of bad respawn points that either skips a checkpoint or goes back too much

SCKX2: Techno Base:
14/20
Same problems with the respawn points, but otherwise, quite a nice track to play on, but a really hard to sight-read track overall

SCKX2: Forest Fortress:
8/20
This track is sight-readable. Other than that, it is underscaled to a whole new level, and is at times unplayable due to easily missable checkpoints

Beginner's Speedway:
16/20
A fun track overall, sightreads quite well, though the green pipe is much faster than the red, even shroomless

And there you have it! Sorry I didn't rank all 10, I have an exam coming up in a few days and I have to learn my lessons!
