Mario kart story mode 4

I done making Mario kart story mode 4 and I now doing Mario kart story mode 4. Unlike the first 3 this will have two new characters Bowser Jr the villain and Rosaline the sidekick for the protagonist now I be doing tracks which are from the first 3 story modes, but they will be different now the protagonist will be Waluigi now you yes YOU will give me a storyline for this story mode, but it must connect to the Mario kart story mode timeline, and it must make sense.

Here my storyline. Following Ep 3 Waluigi have been sent to the SNES 1-1 knocked out 1 year later he wakes up but something different it a beach then Rosaline appeared and told him that the dark matter dude is Bowser Jr and he have already turned everyone evil and taken over the world. Now it up to him to restore the world. To unlock a character, you need a character switch that makes the character good again.
