Back and Forth on small round circuits completes circuit

On small "round" circuits made in quick mode tracks you can, for some reason, just go over the finish line back and fourth and  "complete" a circuit. You may want to fix this

That's because the quick mode editor only places one checkpoint if the track is short enough. So, going back and forth over that one checkpoint counts the lap

If this was fixed, it would ruin the time trial leaderboards for such tracks, so it would not be good to fix
