How do I identify the karts’ max relative speed?

Hi, guys
I just want to know is there any way that I determine how fast karts go in MKPC?
I tried searching and building a course that how fast the kart (Ninja Koopaling w/ Daisy-related modified stats) would complete the entire block, but that did not work.
Anyone can help me with this, please?
Help,

I failed to understand what you really want to achieve here. Can ou give a bit more details if possible?

Oh, @Ryubix, I wanted to understand how to determine the speed of any kart (with different MKPC stats and affected by cc), and how do I determine my kart’s maximum (relative) speed (The one with Daisy-related stats).
And is there a formula to calculate the max speed of a kart in MKPC?
But here, to show you more detail, here is the stats for the kart I usually post for TT:
Character: Red Ninjakoopa
Speed: 9/24 (Original: 19/24)
Acceleration: 24/24 (Original: 6/24)
Handling: 24/24 (Original: 6/24)
Weight: 0/24 (Original: 11/24)
Character: Daisy
Speed: 9/24
Acceleration: 24/24
Handling: 24/24
Weight: 6/24
Speed: The speed stat is the practically the max speed of a vehicle, the higher the value is, the faster you will go.
Acceleration: The acceleration stat is how fast you accelerate from a standstill, as this stat is actually vital to MKPC. It serves not only to accelerate quickly, but combine that with the high handling Daisy has, also to get fast times. It may or may not be proportional to the hidden drift severity stat (Mini-Turbo).
Handling: This stat is also essential for dodging items and drifting safely. This is also a must, because as the drifting advantage already achieved drifting safely, without fear of being thrown off-road after you release a MT. That makes it actually proportional to the hidden drift charge stat (Drift).
Weight: This stat in MKPC isn’t too important. While it may be inversely proportional to the hidden off-road tolerance (as karts don’t drift on off-road in MKPC), It practically means that a light-weight kart means better handling, acceleration and even off-road tolerance, and a heavy-weight kart means better bumping and greater speed, so, as a result, it would not make a great difference in MKPC (expect for tracks that don’t have walls or difficult ones)
Hope you understand, @Ryubix! Bye!

By multiple tests etc, our top players managed to prove that Daisy is just the better character overall without any doubt. But Daisy rn is less broken than Hammer Bro was back in the day...
The formula is somewhere within the codes of the game, everygame, even ones that are not race based, have formulas for the movement speed.

OK, thanks!
I hope that you find the formulas and discover it! (I understand the situation with any kart’s max speed (not a stat, but relative) being forced to be hidden well inside the game’s codes and the solution formula to calculate a kart’s movement speed in units, that is usually equivalent to RKM/H. And being hidden inside the kart’s stats to prove that this discovery to become a true challenge)
So, see you later!
Great discovery, @Ryubix!

I actually got to participate in the last engine update, so I have seen the formula, but I forgot how it works exactly. I think it is with low numbers (from around 0.5 to around 3.0 if I recall correctly).

OK, a great “ discovery “ you just made, @Ryubix!
I am so proud! I can’t wait for the formula to be discovered, and if you want more detail, here it is: (The table is similar to MKWii’s)
RMaxKartSpeed=
=200cc=1.5 x 150ccSpeed
=150cc=1 x 150ccSpeed
=100cc=1.2 / 150ccSpeed
=50cc=1.4 / 150ccSpeed
I hope this helps in advancing, and happy discovery, @Ryubix!

Hmmm, the engin update I'm referring was done more than a year ago, and haven't changed much since.
So what I'm saying is something I know that is still within the game code...

OK, so keep discovering, @Ryubix!
(I know that this is a true challenge, with the kart’s actual speed being hidden into the game’s codes)

Look, Whole the relative speed is hidden into the game’s codes, I think that it is better to simplify the situation by actually adding a speedometer to MKPC once we find the respective formula.
