Any reccomended characters for a "staff ghost" on Choco Island?

in mkds they use waluigi (official nintendo sg)
in mkw as a ct im pretty sure koopa (ctgp sg)
that's my knowledge but if it was an expert sg (in mkpc) you would want to probably use some sort of chocolate character reskin and add daisy stats.
