dear god have i really made 48 tracks god damn

welp, get yourselves ready as i will rank all of my complete mode tracks (excluding my tutorial and retro cup tracks) from worst to best!

lets just start off with the obvious ones...
48-41
probably one of the worst tracks ive ever made Circuit
Water Party
Water Tower
Flaming Raceway
Flare's Volcanic Islands
Mac Road
Shirley Plateau
Koopa Beach 2

these tracks were all unbearable for me to play ..(besides the last two) my layout was terrible as i didnt really brainstorm my ideas for tracks (i still dont but i don't think they're terrible) the design for my tracks were pretty bad and low detail too. honestly i had little to zero fun playing these tracks.

now on to the real rankings,.,

40-37
Blue Loop
Yellow Loop
Green Loop
Red Loop

all boring tracks. while they're not terrible, i don't see myself having fun playing these tracks. they all have little decor (besides red loop theres stuff all over the god damn place) and the layouts for all the tracks are either boring or all over the place which is what green loop did. boring tracks but not terrible.

Alfred's Abyssal Corridors
Alpinal Tundra

the layout for alfred's abyssal corridors is UGH SO GOD DAMN TERRIBLE i should've namd it alfred's abysmal corridors. the walls are inverted which means if you go off the track you have to face the holes, and it takes a long freaking time to get back to your spot. alpinal tundra has a similar problem, that there is barely any walls. i put holes everywhere and i think some of them skipped checkpoints so it doesnt count the lap unless you go backwards which is a pain in the πŸ‘. atleast i thought the design and layout were both fine on that track. i dont see myself playing these tracks

Bowser's Castle 1

boring track, theres yellow spots everywhere acting as coins
i have to blame the boring part on the original design as it is the first bowser's castle track in the franchise but there is decor everywhere on my port of the track theres walls on this track at least which mKPC DOESNT HAVE ON THEIR POrt but theres no detail on the track on my port.

Mac Road 2

this faces the same fate Mac Road 1 has, it's boring and it has a bad layout. blue and white walls dont really go well with red and/or yellow road as it doesnt mix well. theres random snes rainbow road thwomps around the track which are way too easy to avoid and theres a hidden shortcut which someone has probably found (at least i hope) at the red section of the track, the design is bad, the layout is ok, and the music doesnt fit either.

boring boring boring. thats mostly all that i have to say
the layout and the design is boring. though, i have to give myself credit for the overlapping bridge and other road because as you know, mkpc is 2d and that means racers can bump into eachother on totally different sections of the map.
the holes i put in this track are not very well placed as you can fall in without even being out the road. theres this once section at the beginning of the track thats totally blocked off by boos, and if you managed to get rid of them you are greeted with an invisible wall that mocks you. god. damn. so much potention for that be a shortcut but it skipped some checkpoints sadly. the music is terrifying and fits the theme pretty well ig

Bus Rampage

yeah i really had to come up with a name and that was all i got so... one of my most recent tracks since my.. 3 month long break! honestly i though the theme was great as its like a moonview highway-esque theme... not so much the layout and design
there are buses everywhere that are hard to avoid, and the track is thin. there are two sections where you can take different routes, both are super safe so you'd be better off taking your chances with the longer routes, aka the safer ones lol
can you blame me for such a bad track? it was 3 months ok?

it has a lot of sharp turns and the autumn theme is nice. not much else to say.

theres jellyfish! thats cool..
this layout is spontaneous, it's interesting, it's unique, and it's... bad. it's like one of those gba tracks where there's a lot of turns and you've never seen anything like it before! but... in a bad way! there a random cannon that blasts you 20 inches away and you can REALLY abuse the checkpoints in this track like god damn i got 1:19 time by drifting in the weirdest places, skipping turns
the purple is not offroad, the blue is. and i dunno why i chose DK MOUNTAIN as the music theme over anything else? so weird the design is fine though, i like the theme of the track

Bizarre Bazaar
Pencil-top Pursuit

bizarre bazaar is boring. the track is too wide at the beginning and the cluster of items is just not good.. shy guy's bazaar is a good music theme for this and i like the theme of a marketplace track. the holes and walls are a bit wonky though.
pencil-top pursuit does not face the same problem though, it's one of my likeable tracks (considering it is the only track of mine with a 5 star rating 😎) i based this track off of CTGP desktop dash except its just utensil themed. theres a bunch of routes you can go and theres just  enough laps for you to experience it all. the problem is the obstacles. they're everywhere, and when i say everywhere- I MEAN EVERYWHERE. they're easy to avoid though. the music theme doesnt rlly fit tho

the theme is crayon themed lol-
the layout is ok at best, the multiple routes thing at the end is just.. there. it could've just been better off being one turn. could the design have been made better? nah i think its fine. it features the same obstacles in this track and in pencil-top pursuit, but they're slightly harder to avoid due to the thin track

Rainbow Track 2

this is the remake of my first ever track on mkpc, rainbow track which is a quick mode track so it is not on this list. it's much better in layout because it's not filled with 180 degree turns and random jumps that blend with the track. but its boring, as it is only literally 5 turns and 2 sets of items, and nothing else. the theme is there, its a rainbow road track we get it but its boring and it has no decor.

The Heart of Kelly
Chiming Roses

the heart of kelly is a desert/oc themed track
its shaped like a heart, thats why it's called the heart of kelly! get it?!? this track is based off a marble race track i made in roblox with a bunch of conveyor belts and f3x. it featured flowers and tumbleweeds with eyes and cacti with eyes and it was more visually appealing to the eyes. this one not so much because its a totally different program with different styles and stuff like that. the layout is fine and the design is good, it's just a bit boring with one offroad shortcut
chiming roses is also boring with some turns and some heart shaped fire snakes, and some thin shortcuts (well i wouldn't call them shortcuts, more of just different routes) (also do you see a consistent problems with my tracks? most of them are boring.,.. 😳😳) other than that these tracks are fine.

im gonna upload the rest of the tracks later my eyes are tired from the bright page

I didn't play any of your tracks in this list so I can't say my opinions yet but I'll rank my tracks including retros here. Now I'm not gonna include the image based tracks from Google including the most recent track I made which is SMK Pro Edition GV3.

11. Snowy Town

Ah the first track, this was the start of my journey on my track making which unfortunately I'm a bit lazy sadly, if I was not then I would have 20 or 30 tracks by now all good quality but anyways let's begin. This track was not too bad. It was gonna be based on a Snow City however the reason it was in last is because 1. The decors is just annoying not gonna lie and 2. This track is not very good compared to my latter tracks since they are 1 million times better than this.

10. MK1(O) Ghost Valley

This is the first and worst remake I've made. It's just a direct copy of the original track just with lower air ramps and with slightly different placement fire bars. I didn't even attempt to do anything new so yeah, not a bad remake but very lazy to be honest.

9. MK3(O) Haunted Library

Same reasons as the MK1(O) Ghost Valley remake but the reason this is higher is because the original track is good as it is and doesn't need changing at all. The only thing to change was the 2nd shortcut which I did luckily. Still, I think this remake is just miles better than the other one.

8. MK4(O) Mudky Stadium

Okay here's a good remake but there's a lot of flaws.
1. The colors is too dark and there is all Purple for the entire of the track, this really doesn't feel like a stadium anymore and more like a poison theme.
2. The decors is Miku banners. I only wanted to put that for random points but it ended up failing and it doesn't fit the theme at all so yeah. Also the track is a bit wide and maybe can reduce it but it's alright. At least the gameplay was amazing so I'll take that.

7. MK1(O) Green Forest

Now this is the start of the remakes that is better than the original version. This remake overall is a big overhaul to the original version. I liked every section of the track and it drives much better than the original version. 1 flaw with this track is that it could have more variety but overall this is an amazing remake so I'm proud of it.

6. MK4(O) Rainbow Road

Ah, this track had a lot of changes to be honest and for the better too. I love this remake, there's so many amazing decors and the changes are excellent. I like the gameplay and the mushroom shortcut section is challenging as it takes quite a bit of skill to even save time at all. Overall an amazing remake and is my 2nd favorite MKO remake of all time.

5. MK2(O) Chomp Autumn

Now this is my favorite MKO remake of all time for all the right reasons.
1. The theme is spring. Man I love the theme when I made this track.
2. The track layout doesn't need changing at all. It's great the way it is and I think with the size of the track, the gameplay is just absolutely amazing. Better than all my MKO remakes for sure.

4. SNES Vanilla Lake 1

Really great remake. I like the new changes, it makes the track more detailed and lively. It is certainly a million billion times better than the original Vanilla Lake 1. The only flaws is that the shortcuts is much slower for some odd reasons but at least is good on 200cc and 150cc VS mode so it's okay.

3. CTGP-Revolution Celestial Ruins

Oh boy, have I went all in-out with this remake. While yes it may look like a port or even worse version than the original but come on, it's 2D in MKPC. I can't do anything about it. Anyways, the remake is amazing. The gameplay is amazing, the visuals is outstanding, the decors is just wow, it's so beautiful and gorgeous. Now this can be interchangeable with SNES Vanilla Lake 1 but I prefer this more.

2. SNES Ghost Valley 3

Wow, again I went all in-out with this remake. I did a few layout changes, a lot of theme changes and just the overall looks and gameplay. I love this remake a lot. It is much better than the original version. The original version is quite annoying to drive but here it's absolutely amazing, I have no words.

1. Miku's Senbozakura/Miku's Cherry Tree Blossom

Yep, one of my newer tracks this time being a nitro track. The overall track is amazing, the design is great, the theming is very unique. I like the shortcuts in this track although getting triple shrooms L3 is very broken not gonna lie. Still tho, amazing track with fantastic gameplay and very beautiful decors. Overall a really fantastic track. This track and SNES Ghost Valley 3 can be interchangeable so it's really close between the 2.

So that's it for my ranking list, to be honest a lot of these tracks is really good except the bottom 2 so yeah, what do you think of my ranking list? Do you agree or disagree with this list? Let me know. ^^ Oh yeah, my opinions can change in these rankings later on but for now, I'll keep it since to me, is good ranking in my opinion.

hmmm,,, you have a small selection of tracks there buddy.,., ha not trying to throw any shade, i thought *most* of your tracks were nice visually, lets rate them lol
11. Snowy Town

yeah i might have to agree with you on this one, while most of the track, besides some parts i'll get to later, were not fun to drive in the slightest. the walls were wonky and the spiral, well, if you could even call it a spiral was too thin and hard to drive in. the snowball is hard to get around too, it all depends on when you end your lap. i would keep it last, for now.

10. Ghost Valley

its pretty short ngl, the obstacles are sudden and the boos are hard to get around. its also a bit boring and unpleasing to the eyes. the track is bright and all that. i'd keep it here.

9. Chomp Autumn

why is this so high in your list? hopefully no offense taken, but this track is not so incredible in my eyes. there are a lot of cannons, and the last two cannons are pretty bad imo, you can get stuck on that patch of grass before the very last cannon to the finish line. and, the section where all the chomps are, the road blends too much with the walls. if you thought it was good thats great but i personally think it should be down here.

Oh boy, have I went all in-out with this remake. While yes it may look like a port or even worse version than the original but come on, it's 2D in MKPC. I can't do anything about it. Anyways, the remake is amazing. The gameplay is amazing, the visuals is outstanding, the decors is just wow, it's so beautiful and gorgeous. Now this can be interchangeable with SNES Vanilla Lake 1 but I prefer this more.

2. SNES Ghost Valley 3

Wow, again I went all in-out with this remake. I did a few layout changes, a lot of theme changes and just the overall looks and gameplay. I love this remake a lot. It is much better than the original version. The original version is quite annoying to drive but here it's absolutely amazing, I have no words.

1. Miku's Senbozakura/Miku's Cherry Tree Blossom

Yep, one of my newer tracks this time being a nitro track. The overall track is amazing, the design is great, the theming is very unique. I like the shortcuts in this track although getting triple shrooms L3 is very broken not gonna lie. Still tho, amazing track with fantastic gameplay and very beautiful decors. Overall a really fantastic track. This track and SNES Ghost Valley 3 can be interchangeable so it's really close between the 2.

So that's it for my ranking list, to be honest a lot of these tracks is really good except the bottom 2 so yeah, what do you think of my ranking list? Do you agree or disagree with this list? Let me know. ^^ Oh yeah, my opinions can change in these rankings later on but for now, I'll keep it since to me, is good ranking in my opinion.


hmmm,,, you have a small selection of tracks there buddy.,., ha not trying to throw any shade, i thought *most* of your tracks were nice visually, lets rate them lol
11. Snowy Town

yeah i might have to agree with you on this one, while most of the track, besides some parts i'll get to later, were not fun to drive in the slightest. the walls were wonky and the spiral, well, if you could even call it a spiral was too thin and hard to drive in. the snowball is hard to get around too, it all depends on when you end your lap. i would keep it last, for now.

10. Ghost Valley

its pretty short ngl, the obstacles are sudden and the boos are hard to get around. its also a bit boring and unpleasing to the eyes. the track is bright and all that. i'd keep it here.

9. Chomp Autumn

why is this so high in your list? hopefully no offense taken, but this track is not so incredible in my eyes. there are a lot of cannons, and the last two cannons are pretty bad imo, you can get stuck on that patch of grass before the very last cannon to the finish line. and, the section where all the chomps are, the road blends too much with the walls. if you thought it was good thats great but i personally think it should be down here.

Yeah I agree with 11th and as for 10th, yes I agree but the original layout had those too. As for 9th place, the track looks good to look at and can you explain more on the last 2 cannons which are bad? Also about the chomps section where the road blends in with the walls, yeah I can see that but to me, is good the way it is and you can see the difference as well but I think I could have make it slightly darker but that's just me and yes, I think this remake is just really good.

sorry i should've been a lil more specific
when you are released on the second last cannon (aka the last blue jump), usually you are brought to the VERY last cannon that turns you around and brings you to the finish line.... sometimes it doesnt do that, and you have to spend a few lost seconds turning around and maybe you'll get passed by 1 or 2 other characters and it takes a lil while.

Ohhhhhh the ending cannon section. To be honest I have never experienced this bug before and it's more likely a game's issue than a creator's fault which is me but I will check it and see what I can do.

Edit: I extended all the ending cannon's width so hopefully it works all the time now. ;)
