when do u have to vote by for the tournament?

I'm unsure, but the tournament ends on July 11th so I'm presuming then?

If you are talking about the Mario Kart World Cup's poll, we will probably close it in the following days, since the group stage is now finished! We will probably wait for me to finish to update the MKWC website to do that!
