what should I do?

earlier today I tried to greet my new neighbors but the 2 year old girl is scared of me. my brother says I made her cry. It made me feel sad. should I appologize to the girl for how my face looks?

I'm sure eventually you will get to know each other better and it will be fine. Hopefully both your family and her family will eventually become friends or something and will be comfortable with you.

Also this person you said is 2, I doubt she will remember this well in future, I can't remember anything from then.
