CC/speed modifier (mkpc suggestion)

Obviously not for online as there aren't enough people playing for more than 1 room but I feel like in VS mode it should be possible to change the speed. This could work like the speed modifier in CTGP 7 but only in VS mode? I want 10000 cc for chaos on Delfino Square or 1 cc waluigi pinball so the track can be longer.

I want Customise Able cc like

Limit is 1cc - 99,999cc
