The MKPC Rules

The rules on this topic must be respected everywhere in the site, but some rules are linked from a specific subject to another so Wargor has separated the rules in 3 categories. They're a more recent version of Avoue72's rules. Each Admin can edit the rules by using a different color for each one.

MKPC's Universal Rules :

    -Respect is universal. You have to respect both the new players and the administrators.
   - It's forbidden to insult, or else warn and then 1 week ban. If the same person gets banned several times, they might get a definitive ban. The "light" swear words like "Oh f**k" ou "Ah sh*t..." are allowed. That rule also applies with shortcuts like "wtf" ou "stfu".
   -It's forbidden to harass people or else definitive ban. If that happens in Private Messages, do a screenshot of the conversation.
   -The second degre is accepted, but you must know how to use it, like with (a bit like no no I said nothing, huh ?) or the famous and known that tells everything about irony.
    -It's forbidden to ignore an admin in PM without a good reason.[/color]
    -It's extremely forbidden to have an offensive or disgusting username, like "IRONDICK" or "This guy is retarded". If you've registered with this kind of username without reading the rules before, then you must ask the admins to change it. Or else, delete your account and create another. However, immature usernames like "poopyunderwearlol" are allowed, but they're not recommended because seriously, we're not (all) preschoolers.
    -Point traffic is forbidden. You have the risks to get a 1 week ban. If you're asking for points to an administrator (because of, say, an online glitch), show them proof. Or else, he might refuse.

     -u msut write rite sow taht wee ken onderstend u on tha forommz end tha em peez ! You see, it's not good when you type badly, but we don't ask you to write a visual novel for each message. The best is to think about your punctuation and your vocabulary. You can also ask to an admin to correct your message.
     -Do not spam, nor flood.
     -It's forbidden to do more than 3 posts in a row. If it's three or more, warn. Besides if the two messages have nothing to do with each-other. Any useless messages filled with Smileys and/or random letters will be removed. The only exception is for mini-games like "Intrus Smiley".
     -If you up multiple times, remove the oldest up.
     -Porn, creepypastas, violence, and similar stuff are forbidden. It's not a website for erotic fan fictions, Sillies !
     -More mature scenes and the important presence of death are allowed if the first page of the topic contains a warning on mature content. But only in case of historic anecdotes and fanfictions ! However, the rule above is still strong. The non-respect of this rule will be strongly penalised.
     -A topic made to talk about your track is allowed, besides if it's a series of tracks. It's prefered to create one for the whole series. Same for talking about game series.
     -Any topic encouraging hatred, harassement, or other will be removed and you'll get a warn.
     -Off topic-ing is allowed when you reply in red or type a little "[OT]" ou "Off-Topic:". If it's not the case, then the message will be edited, removed, or if it's a topic, it will be moved to the right category by an admin. EX: Off-Topic: I like Batman

Creation Rules :

    -Before creating a track, don't forget to check Gollum93's topic to avoid making bad tracks (you gotta translate, though !) Of course, you're not forced to, but it's better to make good tracks than bad ones. Judge yourself !
    -"Trolls" tracks, like an image without an actual track, are forbidden.
    -Stealing art and music is forbidden. Ask permission and/or credit the original author of the track/song in the description.
    -If the music of a track is too loud, change the music. If you refuse, the track will be removed.
    -Do not copy Super Mario Kart's or Super Circuit's tracks since they already exist in this website. An administrator will remove it depending on the track's image. If you add things to make the track easier or harder, then it won't be removed.
  -If you post a track containing insults, porn, or any other thing, it will also be removed.
  -If you create a character, if you take images of someone else and that this "someone else" asks to be credited, then you must put their username as the character's author or else it will be removed. In every case, this rule will still apply.
  -Before creating a character, you must check if it wasn't created before to avoid characters that are too similar.

{[ Alternate Account Rules ]}

Note: "AA" means "Mutli Account" or "Alternate Account".

-ALWAYS ask to an admin if you want to create a MA.

Global rules:

-Device accounts ("mobile", "tablet", "PC", etc) are not allowed: you can always use your main account.
-If you've created an AA because you've forgotten your password, don't forget to create a topic and to mention Wargor to get your account information back.
-Do not add mature/insulting content in your AA's username.
-If you barely log into your AA when needed, you need to delete it.
-Do not use AAs to approve to your own requests/to other's requests (if you already did with your main account).
-Do not use AAs to make them agree to you on an argument or an opinion.
-Do not use AAs to get out of bans, or else your IP will get banned (which means that you will not be able to create AAs).

Online rules:

-Do not use AAs to cheat online.
-Do not use AAs to do point deals.
(Point deals = Losing in purpose to give other members points)
-Do not use AAs online to "avoid losing points": you're removing the challenge of the online mode.
-Do not use AAs in tournaments, even if they're official or not.
