I just noticed something BIG.

If you think about it, Nintendo has not made something unique since 2006, the Wii's release. Then the 3DS, which is a new console, but an "upgrade" from the DS, the Wii U, which was a failure. Even though we did get the Switch 1, look at the fucking games. You just ported half of the Wii U games onto a console. Then... A SWITCH 2??? What are we gonna get, A Wii Z????Nintendo needs some unique shit coming up soon.

I don't think anyone 50 years from now will ever mistake a Wii U for a Switch, they're clearly two completely different consoles (in fact, one of them is literally a handheld). Sure there are a lot of Wii U games that were ported to the Switch with "Deluxe" versions but that's only because of how poorly the Wii U performed marketing wise forcing Nintendo to release the Switch early + if you're still stuck on software rather than hardware then I'll point out MKWorld is drastically different than MK8DX

It's sad... The Wii is going to turn 20 on November 19, and it was part of my childhood. Now look at what big thing might come next. I miss 2017...

2100: Nintendo goes bankrupt after failing to sell the new Switch 5, which even came with a Super Mario Kart remake for free, normally being $120. The console costed $1000, and not enough people were into the new umbrella feature.

2120: All video game companies have gone bankrupt, making video games officially extinct, thinks to people not being able to come up with good ideas.

2126: Would you have thought that 100 years in the future, there were no more video games?
