Hello everyone I'm L4GHT and Ive registered for Mario kart pc a few days ago so I wanna give to possible ideas for the game
1.Voice acting
I think this would be a unique thing to add to the game because not all Mario kart games that you play on your pc have voice acting. I believe it would be a great thing to add in the future.
2.Purple/rainbow mini turbo
Since we still have the orange mini turbo I think we should add a purple or rainbow mini turbo. For the people who like to rd this would be a great thing to add

There's an official suggestions topic for stuff like this. Other than that:
VA is not really a priority.
Purple sparks would ruin time trials for regular tracks, and the meta gameplay in general.
