What software do you guys use? How do you import the pixel art and make it look so easy? I'm still struggling because I've been trying to make a character and I don't know how to go about it. The software has to be in browser.

download the "demo" sprites of yoshi and mario and edit them in any program that has pixel art (even microsoft paint!)
its not that hard if you already have experience in pixel art
also ones you reach tthe front facing sprite, dont make he rest of it, just copy the sprites before the forward one and flip them.

MS Paint is one of the best platforms for pixel-perfect art.
