Which is better? NSO or Nintendo Network?

I honestly think Nintendo Network is better (cause its free)

Nso is better because it can be used for nintendo switch, but nintendo network can only be used for 3ds and wii u, so nintendo network got shut down just because 3ds and wii u went offline

Nso has only nes, snes, n64, gba and gb games (emulate it on phone is better)
