King Boo – Win the 50cc Star Cup.
Diddy Kong – Win the 50cc Lightning Cup.
Baby Daisy – Attain at least a 1 Star Rank for all the 50cc Nitro Cups.
Mii (Outfit A) – Win the 100cc Special Cup.
Mii (Outfit B) – Unlock all 32 Expert Staff Ghosts in Time Trials.
Dry Bones – Win the 100cc Leaf Cup.
Rosalina - Get at least a 1 star rank on all the mirror mode cups.
Daisy - win the 150cc special cup.
Toadette - complete a time trial on all tracks.
King boo - win the 50cc star cup.
Funky Kong - unlock 4 expert staff ghosts.
Dry Bowser - get at least a 1 star rank on all the 150cc grand prix cups.
Bowser Jr. - get at least 1 star or better on all the 100c nitro cups.
diddy kong - win the 50cc lightning cup.
Birdo - win 16 time trials.
Baby Luigi - win 8 time trials.

U missed off the speedometer u can get it by getting 3 stars on every cup
