so I basically made this since I had the idea of making a multicup where all the courses and arenas were themed after MKPC members
if you want your course to be in this
1-Complete mode is preferred
2-it cannot be stolen
3-it should have some form of detail
4-not too short, and not too long
5-tracks have to be themed after an MKPC member (duh)
when you submit a track, make sure the person they are themed after is stated
(Example:

6-if there are two tracks themed after the same person, the better one will be accepted (which means there will be only one track themed after a person at a time)
7-tracks need to be able to be beaten. impossible courses wont work
these rules also apply to arenas
